**24 Hour Cancelation Policy** By scheduling an appointment with Barbara Beauty Wellness, you agree to the following cancellation terms. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. -Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. -No-Show Appointments: If you miss your appointment without prior notification, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
